Colourpop x HALO TOP Collection

I ordered the colourpop x halo top collection when it dropped on July 18 and I finally received my package!

I ordered the 3 out of the 4 kits. I originally was going to order the whole set but realistically I knew I wouldn’t wear the green shades. So I bought the Strawberry Kit, Rainbow Swirl Kit, & Birthday Cake Kit.

I watched the colourpop swatch video on their YouTube channel and they said that each scent smells similar to their flavour. When I first opened the super shock shadows I smelled them. They all smell the same and it smells like a strawberry cheesecake or shortcake.

The packaging is the cutest and I think that it’s some of the best packaging that they’ve done so far.

Birthday Cake Kit

The Birthday Kit comes with a Peach & White/Gold shades. By the Pound is the peach shade and it has blue shimmers, orange & yellow colours. I think this shade is so unique and very pretty! Extra Sprinkles is the white/gold shade. It’s very shimmery but is a bit sheer.

Rainbow Swirl Kit

The Rainbow Swirl Kit comes with 2 pink shades. Creamsicle is a light pink that is on the cool side. It has a iridescent purple & peach shine to it. Sherbert Day has swirls of different shades of pinks in it. It reminds me of the pink burn book from mean girls when you swatch it. It comes out as a beautiful magenta colour with purple and white specs of glitter. It also stains a bit.

Strawberry Kit

The Strawberry Kit comes with 2 pinkish red shades. Jam Out is so beautiful! It has swirls of pinks and warm reds. It also has gold & pink glitters. Berry Sweet is a pretty baby light pink with flecks of gold.

Overall, my favourite shades are Jam Out, Sherbert Day & By The Pound are my favourite shades. I wish that the scents of each kit smelled true to their flavour.
